Provides strategic and innovative leadership in the development, management, and delivery of the District’s energy efficiency programs and services relating to residential and commercial/industrial customers. Provides and develops strong leaders within the Division to research, cultivate, and implement innovative strategies relevant to Utilities of the future: including but not limited to Solar, EV, DER, DR, DEM. Supports staff in day to day operations; serving customers from first point of contact to assisting with interconnection, rates, programs, and developing channels of constant communication. Communicates and collaborates internally with all levels of the organization and represents the District with external organizations, agencies and customers. Leverages team to ensure Customer and Energy Services plans and goals are aligned with the District’s Strategic Priorities. This includes residential, commercial, and industrial program management, executive account management, marketing strategy implementation, quality assurance, resource allocation, and new energy initiatives with represented Union and Non-Union teams.
