  • Contract to Hire- Residential Solar Installer Opportunity
  • PV Tech- 5-6 month contract to hire job- Will become a permanent position with the Company after the contract period
    • Will travel to existing residential PV solar sites as a service Technician for operations and maintenance duties
    • Will trouble shoot Solar PV systems to identify/correct issues on site/in the field.
    • Must be able to use computer programs for diagnosing/troubleshooting errors as well as report writing
    • Certified electrician is ideal
    • Previous Solar/PV experience is required
    • Will need to have experience with ground faults, transformers, troubleshooting electrical
    • Networking experience is a plus
    • Clean DMV required (Will be driving a company vehicle)
  • Has electrical experience - both AC & DC
  • Has solar experience
    • We can work with somebody who is not an expert but need somebody who has experience on the following
      • Inverters - both central and string
      • Troubleshooting solar site issues
      • Trackers
      • DAS/communication systems and the ability to troubleshoot
  • Pay is $22-25/hour depending on experience
  • Position is located out of San Diego, and will cover that area.
